We will notify you promptly if an order is cancelled partially or fully, or if further details are required.

Customers may also request to cancel their order before it has been shipped. Upon receiving a cancellation request, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 14 working days, with the refunded amount credited directly to your account.

In cases where payment was deducted but the transaction failed, the full amount will be refunded promptly.
