At Meralda Jewels, we ensure that every order is shipped safely, securely, and without hassle. Each package of jewellery purchased from meraldajewels.ae is delivered in durable, tamper-proof packaging to maintain the highest standard of quality.

All orders are shipped through Authorized delivery partner and shipping fees are calculated based on the destination. The applicable charges will be displayed during checkout on the billing and shipping information page.

Customers must provide accurate consignee/recipient details, including:

• Full name (as per government-approved photo ID)

• Complete address with landmark

• Postal code

• Contact number

At the time of delivery, the recipient must present an original government-issued ID (Emirates ID, Passport, or Driving License) to collect the product. Our courier agent will verify the ID and note the details to ensure safe and secure delivery. Cooperation from the recipient during this process is expected.

Orders can only be delivered to residential or commercial addresses. Delivery to public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or streets is not permitted.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will make three attempts to deliver the order. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our Dubai office. In such cases, return shipping charges along with applicable import duties will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refunded amount. Customers are advised to ensure availability during delivery.
